Cdp Operations Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CDP, including data ingestion, processing, and activation.

Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to data quality, integration, and system errors.

Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Integrate data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, website analytics) into the CDP.

Transform and clean data to ensure data quality and consistency.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing tasks.

Leverage GCP services (e.g., Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage) to optimize CDP performance and scalability.

Implement data security and privacy measures in accordance with GCP best practices.

Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to minimize costs.

Configure and customize Lytics CDP to meet specific business requirements.

Build and maintain data models and segments for targeted marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Lytics CDP.

Required Skills: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
