We are a successful law firm in Salem, and we are seeking to enhance our business with an experienced, full-time (40 hours) paralegal. Our team has great synergy, we enjoy working together and we are looking for someone who will feel the same way.

Must haves:
- Personal Injury and or Litigation experience
- Office experience
- Proofreading skills
- Being a notary (or willing to become a notary).
- Ability to answer phones and communications professionally.
- Client contact experience.
Nice to haves:
- Experience requesting and or reviewing medical records and charts
- Experience with insurance
- Experience with medical field
- Bilingual or Multilingual candidates welcome!
- Experience with case file software systems (We currently use Smart Advocate, experience with SA is a plus)
