Change Management Specialist

Seeking a strategic Change Agent, the full-time remote position will lead cross-functional programs to drive organizational growth and business transformation by managing high-impact initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary change management lead for strategic initiatives, ensuring effective transitions and lasting adoption Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field 5+ years of project management or strategic planning experience with a focus on change management Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving significant organizational change Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or MS Project
