Job Description
Support project management efforts on ground-up multifamily developments from start through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, project documentation, budgets, and schedules. Assist with procurement, change management, and project reporting. Collaborate with field teams, consultants, and senior leadership to drive project execution. Travel periodically to project sites as needed to support construction activities. The Successful Applicant
1-5 years of construction experience with a commercial or multifamily contractor. Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred. Experience supporting ground-up wood-frame and/or brick construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel periodically to project sites within Florida.
