About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of its comprehensive rehabilitation care facilities. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior executive team, responsible for integrating the organization's strategic plan into operational execution and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, mission-driven care. This role is pivotal in maintaining the organization's national recognition for clinical excellence and various accreditations. The COO will have direct accountability for a wide range of functions, including nursing, therapy, case management, quality, revenue cycle, and various clinical and support services. The ideal COO for the company will be a seasoned healthcare executive with a proven track record in leading complex clinical operations, particularly in inpatient rehabilitation, post-acute care, or specialty hospital environments. They must be adept at managing a large operating budget and be comfortable with the financial and workforce leadership aspects of the role. The position requires a leader who can operate at the C-suite level while remaining deeply connected to the work of frontline clinical teams, ensuring that the organization's mission and values are upheld in all operational activities.
