Project Coordinator: This pivotal role serves as the primary communication hub between the Harmon Project Management Team and the sales partners. They must excel at teamwork and be highly organized, playing a crucial part in our operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and communicate notes on all projects to prospective sales partners.
• Identify and address each sales partner's concerns and/or questions.
• Have multiple daily interactions with the Sales Partners, Operations team, and Project Managers.
• Help maintain and update communication notes on the software platform.
• Must be willing to have correspondence over the phone.
• Be professional at all times.

Harmon Electric is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager.

What makes a great Project Coordinator?

• A basic understanding of construction documents.
• Minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to planned tasks or schedule changes.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude always.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Requires exercising discretion in decision-making and maintaining strict confidentiality for company proprietary information.
