IT Helpdesk Support

Job Overview City Electric Supply is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician who will serve as the first point of contact for internal employees across the country, handling TierI hardware and third‑party software support requests. The role requires gathering information, diagnosing root causes, and resolving known issues at the first level of contact. Physical Demands This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. The employee must lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
