Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area. Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms.

As an OR RN Team Lead at Sibley Memorial Hospital you will lead nursing operations within the designated care setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Provides direct patient care, guides and mentors the staff, and partners with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Ensures compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices. Serves as a clinical role model in all interactions with patients, family, visitors, providers, and other staff members.

Position Details:

• 40 hours/wk; Full-Time, Benefitted
• Day Shift

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN strongly preferred
• Active RN license in the District of Columbia
• BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training required
• 3 Years of RN expereince required, preferably in Operating Room
• Strong leadership skills required

Salary Range: Minimum 52.33/hour - Maximum 81.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
