Endoscopy Team Lead at Sibley Memorial Hospital As an Endoscopy Team Lead at Sibley Memorial Hospital you will be instrumental in mentoring and managing the clinical staff to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care. You will serve as a clinical expert and manage an evolving clinical picture, including identifying impending changes in clinical condition and responding timely and appropriately. As the Lead Clinical Nurse you will assume responsibility and be accountable for overall unit operations in the absence of the Nurse Manager. You will apply the principles of evidence‑based care and service excellence into practice. Salary Range Minimum $52.33/hour – Maximum $81.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
