Senior Privacy Analyst

Supporting the privacy and data protection program, the full-time Senior Privacy Analyst will conduct privacy impact assessments, manage privacy incident investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to evaluate the handling of personally identifiable data Investigate and document privacy incidents, tracking trends and responding to privacy inquiries Collaborate with teams to integrate privacy requirements into projects and assist in developing privacy policies and programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in healthcare privacy compliance Knowledge of federal, state, and international laws affecting protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII)
