Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to: Support the Global Accounting & Reconciliation Team by completing daily and monthly reconciliations, including month‑end balance sheet attestations. Perform deep‑dive analysis of reconciliations, accounting processes, and operational workflows to identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities. Partner on automation and process streamlining initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the reconciliation experience. Contribute to operational excellence projects involving workflow and reconciliation tools to improve reconciliation production and break management processes. Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree (4‑year degree required). Prior Accounting and/or Securities industry experience. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reconciliation skills with the ability to identify process improvements. Experience supporting operational, accounting, or financial services environments with a focus on risk reduction and process efficiency. What's in this Business Analyst position for you?
