Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical surgical/telemetry and progressive care to adult patients in a 36-bed unit.
• Administer care to pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplant patients.
• Float frequently as needed to maintain hospital staffing requirements.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient charting.
• Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS certifications and required drips administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including LPNs, care techs, and paramedics.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and compliance with nicotine-free policy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system and managing telemetry monitoring.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIH and CPI preferred.
• Must have experience with a Level I Academic Medical Center.
• Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.
