Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees with accuracy and timeliness Manage certified payroll reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Calculate and maintain prevailing wage requirements across multiple projects Utilize LCPtracker for project payroll reporting and documentation Maintain payroll records, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues Qualifications Preferred degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Certified payroll experience required, including prevailing wage regulations Experience processing high‑volume payroll, preferably in construction environments Experience using LCPtracker; familiarity with UKG and/or Spectrum preferred (union payroll experience a plus) This Part‑Time Payroll Specialist role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, compliance, and collaboration.
