Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative approach to a team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points, with working conditions varying by location. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or drivers, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting established access control procedures. Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing trailer yards, loading docks, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that should be reported. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
