Empreus Group Inc., a growing construction services and cleaning company, is seeking a dependable and highly organized  Inventory & Fleet Coordinator to manage our storage facility, inventory, company vehicles, equipment, supplies, and product distribution.

This position plays an important role in ensuring our field crews have the products and equipment they need every day while maintaining accurate inventory records and controlling purchasing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the company storage facility.

• Manage inventory using  Inventory software and ensure system quantities match physical inventory.

• Receive, count, label, organize, and record incoming products and equipment.

• Prepare and distribute cleaning chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment to field crews.

• Maintain minimum inventory levels and identify products that need to be reordered.

• Perform routine inspections of company vans.

• Monitor vehicle mileage and coordinate oil changes and preventative maintenance.

• Report vehicle damage, tire issues, mechanical concerns, or required repairs.

• Inspect pressure washers, vacuums, hoses, surface cleaners, window-cleaning equipment, tools, and other company equipment.

• Maintain records of equipment assigned to individual crews.

• Identify damaged equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.

• Maintain accurate equipment and asset records.

• Research products, chemicals, tools, and equipment online.

• Compare pricing between suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Obtain competitive pricing before major purchases when required.

• Assist with purchasing and receiving orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional storage environment.

• Perform weekly and monthly physical inventory audits.

• Prepare inventory, fleet, equipment, and purchasing reports for management.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and inventory-control skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory software.

• Experience with Zoho Inventory is preferred but training may be provided.

• Ability to research products and compare supplier pricing online.

• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews and management.

• Valid driver's license.

• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their area and understands that an organized storage facility directly affects our field operations.

The ideal candidate does not wait until products run out or equipment breaks. They proactively monitor inventory, vehicles, equipment, maintenance schedules, and purchasing needs to keep operations running efficiently.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
