Qualifications & Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish 12 months of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction Solid computer multitasking skills Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career path Education/Certifications: An associates degree or higher (preferred) Active Adjusters insurance license (preferred) geico600 At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
