Our team provides HVAC and Plumbing installation, service, maintenance, repair, and construction warranty support. Job Details

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, Field Technicians, Project Managers, and internal teams. You will help coordinate Service Requests, provide customers with timely updates, maintain accurate records, and support the administrative side of a busy Mechanical Service operation.

MUST HAVE:

• Customer Service, Customer Support, or Administrative experience
• Strong Phone and Email communication skills
• Ability to coordinate Scheduling and manage multiple Customer Requests
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable documenting Customer Interactions and updating internal systems
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM, Ticketing, or similar business software
• Ability to work effectively with Field Technicians, Project Managers, and Administrative Teams
• High School Diploma or equivalent

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Construction, or another Skilled Trades environment
• ServiceTitan experience
• Experience supporting Service Technicians or Field Service Operations
• Experience with Service Quotes, Invoicing, or Billing Administration
• Familiarity with Work Orders, Service Tickets, or Dispatch/Scheduling systems
