Calm Water & Bath in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring full‑time and part‑time Customer Support Specialists to support our growing hybrid remote/in-office team. With multiple positions available, we're looking for individuals who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and help homeowners feel confident about taking the next step in their remodeling journey. WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay: As our full‑time or part‑time Customer Support Specialist, you'll earn $40,000–$70,000 per year, with options for hourly, salary, or base + commission. Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Bonuses Growth opportunities Mentor/apprentice program Schedule This hybrid remote/in-office role offers full‑time or part‑time shifts within 8 am–8 pm Monday–Thursday, 8 am–6 pm Friday, and 10 am–4 pm Saturday and Sunday, including morning, evening, night, and weekend options.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our full‑time or part‑time Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, understand homeowner needs, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and confirm appointments. You'll also maintain CRM documentation and provide follow‑up as needed.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Calm and professional demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with phone, text, email, and CRM systems Ability to follow established processes while staying personable Preferred qualifications include prior call center, appointment‑setting, or customer service experience, and home improvement exposure is a plus for this hybrid remote/in-office role.
