Location: Phoenix AZ — Hybrid

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr W2 or $56/hr 1099

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Openings: 1 position Deadline: June 4, 2026 at 3pm Arizona time

About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a contract opportunity with the Arizona Department of Water Resources. This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications on Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft SQL and Oracle platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders using Agile methodologies
Perform deep dive analysis and reverse engineering of existing code
Develop and implement MuleSoft integrations
Ensure applications comply with technology directives and department regulations
Write technical documentation and maintain effective working relationships

Required:

Minimum 3 years experience as lead Salesforce lead developer
Proficiency in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and APIs
Advanced MuleSoft integration knowledge
SQL and Oracle relational database experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science OR 7+ years developer experience
US Citizens only - no visa sponsorship of any kind
Local Phoenix AZ only - city and state must be on resume
Available for in-person interview within 1 week
Available to start within 2 weeks of offer
