We started as a pop-up in NoMad, and we're opening our Koreatown flagship in March 2027. If you want in on the ground floor, now's the time.What You'll Actually Be Doing

We'll train you on all of our stations — where you work on any given day depends on what the team needs. Here's what the operation looks like:

• Prep — The unsung hero of every great bowl. Marinating, portioning, and getting everything ready before service hits
• Grill — The main event. Korean BBQ proteins, cooked to order — getting that char and caramelization right, every single ticket
• Service — Building bowls fast and right, keeping the line moving and the energy up
• Cashier — Taking orders, processing payments, and keeping guests happy at the counter

You'll also help with deliveries, track prep levels, and keep your station clean and health-code happy.

• You've worked a kitchen line before and actually liked it
• You show up on time and ready — not five minutes late and still half asleep
• You'd rather jump in than wait to be asked
• You care about every food that goes out
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

Even better if you have:

• You've had Korean food before and loved it
• Fast-casual or QSR background
• NYC Food Handler's License
