Role Description Mustard Seed Management is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with at least one(1) year of hands-on experience to support marketing efforts for Mustard Seed and Noodle Express restaurants. This role is a strong fit for someone who has already worked on social media, content creation, graphic design, and basic digital advertising and wants to build on that experience in a fast-moving, brand-focused environment. This person will work closely with leadership to help execute campaigns, create content, support promotions, review performance data, and maintain a consistent brand presence across both restaurant concepts. What you will do: Support marketing campaigns for Mustard Seed and Noodle Express restaurants Manage and help grow business social media accounts Create marketing graphics and promotional materials Assist with digital advertising across Meta, Google, and related platforms Track marketing performance and help identify opportunities to improve results Support online review management and guest response efforts Visit restaurant locations to capture photo and video content Key responsibilities Social media management Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms Develop content ideas tied to promotions, seasonal campaigns, menu items, and brand initiatives Monitor comments and messages and support timely engagement Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, and post-level results Travel to restaurant locations to gather content for posts, stories, and campaigns Content creation and design Create marketing assets using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools Design social media graphics, in-store signage, promotional materials, and branded collateral Help maintain brand consistency across both brands Support photo and video content creation for digital use Campaign support Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions from planning through launch Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules Support new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and local store marketing initiatives Digital advertising support Assist with setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta and Google Help organize creative assets, audience ideas, and campaign notes Review campaign performance and support testing of creative and audience variations Analytics and reporting Compile weekly or monthly reporting on campaign and content performance Track engagement, clicks, ad results, and other key metrics Help identify which campaigns, content types, and promotions are performing best Review management Assist with monitoring and responding to customer reviews Support guest recovery efforts and help escalate concerns when needed Track trends in reviews to help identify brand or service opportunities Required qualifications At least 1 year of hands-on marketing experience, internship experience, freelance experience, or part-time experience in a marketing-related role Experience managing or creating content for business social media accounts Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects Ability to review basic performance data and use insights to improve content or campaigns Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to restaurant locations for content creation Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional special events Preferred qualifications Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other consumer-facing brands Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms Experience with online review management, guest response, or customer engagement Experience with content calendars, promotional planning, or campaign coordination Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Key traits for success Creative and proactive Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable taking initiative Strong sense of brand and visual presentation Able to balance execution with ideas Interested in both marketing and business growth This role has room to grow into a full-time marketing position as the business expands.
