Management and Program Analyst
Job Description
The Management and Program Analyst supports and enhances OPS security program operations by developing and evaluating security policies and procedures and recommending improvements to security programs associated with the Allied Security contract. This position also consults and works with the Office of Contracting & Personal Property Management (OCON/PPM) to fulfill OPS contracting needs, requirements, and responsibilities.
In this position, you will:
- Analyze and evaluate on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of security program operations in meeting established goals and objectives within OPS.
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified security program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
- Prepare and recommend administrative adjustments, process modifications and technical changes to enhance program operations, mitigate risk and improve results.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and facilitate an array of meetings to consult and work with OCON to fulfill contracting needs, requirements and responsibilities.
