Dell Territory Sales Representative

Brand Representative (Dell) – Regular Full-Time Position Location: Malden, MA 02148 Overview Represent Dell in retail stores, building relationships with store associates and customers to promote Dell products, drive sales, and maintain the company’s retail brand standards. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with store associates, shoppers, and retail managers. Educate retail staff on the latest Dell products and features. Ensure Dell retail brand standards are maintained through regular inspections of displays and marketing materials. Refresh product displays and execute resets as needed on a quarterly basis. Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations and experience events to engage employees and customers. Collect and report consumer insights, marketplace trends, and competitor activity. Travel within the assigned 70‑mile market and occasionally to other markets. Maintain accurate documentation of visits, activities, and sales results. Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and weekly in‑store time goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical products. Minimum 6 months of training experience within direct‑marketing or retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to overcome objections. Analytical mindset and strong customer‑service orientation. Excellent multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment. Reliable transportation with state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance. Compensation & Benefits $22 per hour, weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via DailyPay. Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid quarterly. Paid virtual training and eligibility for benefits and 401(k). Dell PC device, travel time and mileage, paid time off, apparel and equipment. $30 per month cell‑phone reimbursement.
