We partner across Merchandising, Site, and Marketing channel teams to build and execute an integrated customer strategy. What you'll do:Develop and align marketing strategies with Walmart’s overall business objectives and brand positioning.Analyze customer insights, competitor data, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.Translate insights and business objectives into compelling strategic briefs that guide the development and execution of marketing initiatives.Assess campaign performance to optimize marketing strategy and ROI.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive integrated marketing plans.Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and support professional growth.Monitor and adjust plans based on performance metrics and evolving business needs.What you'll bring:Expertise in strategic marketing and business planning aligned with commercial goals.Ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and initiatives based on customer insights and competitive analysis.Experience assessing marketing, financial, and performance KPIs to maximize marketing investments and ROI.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategy and execution.
