Customer Support Associate

Supporting the Support team in obtaining declarations and essential information from non-responsive suppliers, the full-time Customer Support Associate will communicate with suppliers through various channels and assist with compliance requests while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Communicate with suppliers via email, phone, and conference calls to gather compliance information and confirm document quality Engage with unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls and educational initiatives to facilitate compliance responses Provide language support in German and English for internal translations, webinars, and collaboration with the Sales team Required qualifications Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Related work experience in administration, supplier/customer support, or call centers Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications Self-starter with a proven ability to meet deadlines
