Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position entails 32.5 hours per week, supporting a diverse K-12 student population. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid OT license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for students from kindergarten through high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student learning and participation
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings as an OT resource
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
