Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite position offers 32.5 hours per week throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The specific caseload will be determined to match your skills and interests, ensuring a rewarding experience.

Skills & Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy to students across K-12, targeting fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Develop and implement IEP goals, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, sharing insights to help shape student learning plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Educate school staff and caregivers on strategies to support student success within the classroom
• Adapt therapy approaches to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment onsite
