Position Sr. Analyst Patient Access Location 2 Crescent Place, Oceanport, NJ 07757 Pay Range $91,472.00 - $129,294.00 per year Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst supports Revenue Cycle and Finance leadership by driving advanced analytical initiatives and developing enterprise‑level reporting solutions. This role tracks, analyzes, and develops reports, leads the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting pipelines. The analyst works with large datasets to uncover key business trends, operational issues, and performance opportunities, partnering with business leaders to define analytical needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver data‑driven insights that support strategic decision making across the organization.
