I opened my agency in 2026 after spending seven years as a State Farm team member. Those years gave me a strong foundation in serving customers and building relationships, and I'm excited to grow an agency of my own.

Being involved in the community is important to me. Our agency enjoys participating in local events, sponsoring area schools, and building relationships with the families and businesses we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Miles Newnam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
