Our agency opened on January 1, 2024 and we’re currently a growing team of three. As a newer office, we’re focused on building a strong foundation, developing our team, and creating an environment where people can learn and grow together. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University Southeast. I’m married with two children and we have two rescue dogs at home, so family and community are both very important to me. We place a strong emphasis on training and development and work hard to create a workplace that supports a healthy work-life balance. Our culture is collaborative and growth-oriented. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
