You’ll be: Developing and maintaining current-state and future-state value stream maps for Tool & Die operations. Analyzing how die build, repair, modification, tryout, maintenance, and launch activities flow through the organization. Identifying bottlenecks, handoff delays, rework loops, redundant steps, and non-value-added activities to recommend process improvements. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 3-5 years of experience in data mining. Possess strong analytical skills to support operational analysis and cross-functional coordination. Are eager to work closely with finance to track tooling spend, labor impacts, and budget status.
