Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)
Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County) | Full-Time
A growing law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of personal injury experience to handle a full caseload from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with real courtroom exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of your cases.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage personal injury cases (auto, premises, general liability) from discovery through trial
- Take and defend depositions (clients, witnesses, experts)
- Draft and respond to discovery and motions (including summary judgment)
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings
- Develop case strategy and work closely with senior attorneys
- Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Active Pennsylvania bar license
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience
- Trial experience or trial exposure preferred
- Ability to manage cases independently
