Outbound Lead Conversion Specialist

An injured person filled out a form, answered an ad, or missed a call and hasn't booked yet. Every hour that passes is an hour closer to them calling a competitor. You close that gap.

Your primary function is outbound: work the pipeline with speed and precision, make contact before the window closes, and convert unconverted prospects into scheduled appointments across phone, text, and email. You don't wait for the phone to ring you go get the patient.

You will own a monthly appointment quota. Your activity is tracked daily, your conversion is reviewed weekly, and your earnings reflect your output. If you are motivated by a clear number to hit and a comp plan that rewards hitting it, this role is built for you.

AICA is Atlanta's premier integrated orthopedic and injury care network 21 locations, 400+ employees, and 25 years caring for accident victims across metro Atlanta. Our patient population is primarily personal injury: individuals managing auto accidents, attorney relationships, and insurance coordination while trying to get their lives back. We are fast-moving, data-driven, and growing.

Outbound Lead Conversion

• Own a live Salesforce pipeline: web leads, social inquiries, missed calls, and unconverted contacts.
• Make outbound contact by phone, text, and email within SLA speed to lead is the metric.
• Convert prospects into scheduled appointments through consultative, empathetic outreach.
• Run structured follow-up cadences on leads that don't convert on first contact.
• Hit daily call minimums, weekly pipeline targets, and monthly appointment quotas every week, every month.

Attorney Referral Coordination

• Connect unrepresented patients to attorney referral resources during outbound outreach.
• Coordinate with attorney offices on referred cases; document referral status in Salesforce.
• Meet attorney referral conversion rate as a standing KPI.

Pipeline Management & CRM

• Own Salesforce pipeline hygiene every lead logged, staged, and followed up on process.
• Run outbound sequences across phone, text, and email without letting leads go cold.
• Use pipeline reporting to self-monitor coverage gaps and prioritize top opportunities.
• Maintain full HIPAA compliance across all patient outreach and documentation.

What You'll Own

This is a quota-carrying role. Performance is measured daily and reviewed weekly. Core metrics:

• Monthly appointment quota the primary measure of success
• Lead response time speed from lead creation to first outbound contact
• Daily outbound call and contact volume
• Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
• Show rate scheduled patients who arrive for their first appointment
• Pipeline coverage all active leads documented and followed up
• Attorney referral conversion rate
• Data input accuracy CRM records match every conversation

What We Need

• Healthcare, medical scheduling, or personal injury experience.
• Familiarity with attorney referral processes or insurance coordination.
• 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or pipeline-driven appointment-setting.
• Documented quota attainment you can name your number and show you hit it.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency pipeline management is a daily requirement.
• Experience managing structured outbound follow-up cadences across phone, email, and SMS.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and objection handling rejection doesn't stall you.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong data entry accuracy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus given our patient population.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $65,000$75,000 commensurate with experience.
• OTE $100,000+ SPIFs and bonuses tied to outbound volume, conversion rate, and show rate.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
