Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and support smooth front desk operations. You’ll help guests with reservations and daily service needs, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. You’ll resolve questions, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information to guests.
