Location: Wayzata MN 55391 Duration: 12 Months(7/20/2026 to 7/13/2027) Notes: This is an urgent requirement, and we are expecting the resource by 20th July, any candidate who can join immediately would help.
Job Description
The resource should be available in office between Monday to Friday and will be mainly handling the activities of NA Check Printing, Settlement Agreement Printing & Contract Scanning. Shift timings 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST
The Accounting Clerk 2 will perform a variety of support tasks in one of our accounting departments.
We seek a detail-oriented individual with basic financial business knowledge to conduct tasks using standard procedures.
Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.
Contribute to implementing and developing our records information management policies and best practices.
Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers and customers.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
