Billing/Payroll and Account Specialist at AdvisaCare

AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing/Payroll and Account Specialist to join our corporate office team located in Grand Rapids. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, and is not remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll, billing operations, and account management to help maintain smooth financial processes within the company. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely payroll processing.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Process accurate payroll bi-weekly for employees
• Manage billing operations including invoicing and collections
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing questions and issues
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in billing, payroll, or accounting positions
• Experience with healthcare billing or auto no-fault claims is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
