Acrisure is seeking a Senior Client Services Associate to support client relationships and help deliver an exceptional service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating requests, resolving service needs, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate support.

The Senior Client Services Associate will manage day-to-day client interactions while helping coordinate activities across multiple internal business partners. This position requires someone who can independently manage priorities, communicate confidently with clients, and take ownership of requests from initial inquiry through resolution.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced client service professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide responsive, professional support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through
• Manage client inquiries, service requests, and account-related needs from initial request through resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and business partners to address client needs and ensure timely service delivery
• Research and resolve client questions, escalating complex matters when appropriate
• Monitor outstanding requests and proactively communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information within applicable systems
• Support client meetings, account reviews, presentations, and other relationship management activities as needed
• Identify recurring client needs, service challenges, and opportunities to improve the overall client experience
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when appropriate
• Collaborate across departments to support client retention and strengthen long-term relationships
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in client service, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar client-facing role required
• Demonstrated experience independently managing client relationships and service requests
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to investigate issues, solve problems, and coordinate solutions across multiple business partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, requests, and competing priorities
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and appropriately handle sensitive or escalated client matters
• Experience working in a professional services, financial services, insurance, or similar business environment beneficial
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members helpful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with CRM, account management, or similar business systems beneficial

Education and Licenses:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Communications, or a related field beneficial
• Relevant professional certifications or industry designations considered an asset

The base compensation range for this position is $97,000 - $97,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
