Key Responsibilities

Perform health assessmentsand physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat childhoodillnesses.
Provide vaccinations andpreventive care.
Counsel parents on childdevelopment and health issues.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Completion of residency inpediatrics.
Board certification inpediatrics.
Strong communication skillswith children and families.
Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
