How you’ll contribute

1. Plan and source: Evaluate job specs and pick materials—wood, metal, ceramics, or textiles—that meet performance, durability, and design intent.
2. Execute with care: Use and maintain tools responsibly to ensure safe, efficient, detail-driven work.
3. Set expectations: Estimate timelines and budgets; support accurate billing and clear communication.
4. Delight customers: Provide service that turns first-time clients into lifelong advocates.

What sets you up for success

• 3–5+ years spanning multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Your own reliable truck or van and a personally owned tool kit.
• Experience scoping and pricing projects (time and materials) preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification achieved within 90 days of start.
• Comfort with digital tools; familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus.

Physical demands

• Stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs to at least 15 ft.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as tasks require.
• Natural or corrected vision capable of close, distance, and peripheral focus with normal depth perception.
