Responsibilities
Build and maintain a thriving agency presence by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a team of dedicated sales professionals.
Set and achieve realistic growth milestones that reflect the long-term potential of the Williamsburg region.
Host regular coaching sessions to help team members refine their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Develop localized outreach strategies that foster meaningful connections with small business owners and community leaders.
Monitor regional performance metrics to ensure that we are consistently delivering the highest standard of service to our policyholders.
Maintain an inviting, high-energy office culture that encourages collaboration, personal development, and shared success.
Requirements
Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license for the state of Virginia.
Proven track record of success in independent insurance sales or agency leadership.
Deep understanding of the local Williamsburg market and professional community dynamics.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex workflows and agent performance.
Previous experience in mentoring or training new insurance sales talent is highly valued.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
