Job Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
