POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Installation of Low Voltage Structured Cabling Systems per industry standard (EIA/TIA, BICSI) Installation of Fiber Optic Cabling Access Control/CCTV installation, maintenance, and repair

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lift and carry up to 80lbs Climb ladders up to 28’ Work in Attics and other limited-space areas Bend, Kneel, Crouch and Stand for long periods of time Participate in Team meetings providing updated information of open tickets/projects.

Clear and precise, both written and verbal Data collection Teamwork Ability to work with team members involved in Sales, Engineering, Trouble Shooting Problem solving Customer questions/concerns Connecting them to proper agents Self-Management Self-Motivation Work/Personal Time Management Planning and organization Must be personally organized Technology Data Networking Fiber Connectivity On Premise Telephony Networking Cloud Based Solutions Security Installation/Configuration (Analog/IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, etc…) A/V Installation/Troubleshooting Learning Teachable and able to retain Initiative Self-Starter Strong Work Ethic On Time Experience with Access Control and/or Security Alarms Experience with Security Camera systems Reports to: Infrastructure Systems Director Company Description VIP Technology Solutions Group is a turnkey communications technology provider for businesses.
