Marketing & Commercial Strategy Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

Apply marketing and commercial strategy expertise to evaluate marketing and sales materials, surface growth opportunities, and produce clear, data-driven recommendations that will help train next-generation AI systems. This remote, project-focused contractor role emphasizes review, analysis, and creation of evaluation rubrics and visually engaging presentations. No prior experience in AI is required.

• Review and evaluate marketing and sales strategy decks, campaign performance reports, and commercial planning materials.
• Create detailed rubrics and feedback frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales decks and related business content.
• Analyze market research findings and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies and commercial tactics based on data-driven analysis.
• Draft concise, visually rich presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in the review and refinement of dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports to improve business relevance and usability.
• Contribute domain-specific expertise to support the training and evaluation of AI-powered business tools.

• Practical experience in marketing strategy, commercial strategy, product marketing, growth, sales operations, or market research.
• Required skills: marketing strategy, commercial strategy, market research, data analysis, sales analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Excel and Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for presentation design and clarity.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable working with campaign reports, dashboards, research data, and business cases.
• Experience creating rubrics, qualitative feedback frameworks, or other evaluation methods is a plus.
• Relevant backgrounds include Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Strategy Manager, or Market Research Analyst.

Role type: Contractor. Location: Remote. Engagement is project focused, contributing expertise to customer projects that help train and evaluate AI systems. This is a contractor engagement, not a full time employee position.

Pay rate: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
