A direct hire opportunity is available for an Overnight Customer Service Rep in Monroeville, PA. This role is ideal for a dependable customer support professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured call center environment.

The Overnight Customer Service Rep will handle inbound or outbound customer communications by phone, email, and chat while providing accurate, professional support. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, answer questions, and explain billing, service, or product information.
- Process customer requests accurately while following client guidelines and company procedures.
- Update customer records and document interaction notes in CRM or support systems.
- Meet performance goals related to call handling, first-call resolution, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on policy updates, compliance requirements, and service procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range is $16 to $17 per hour.
