Junior Proposal Manager

To support the growth of the organization, the full-time Junior Proposal Manager will assist in the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with senior proposal managers and technical experts to develop high-quality responses to federal solicitations in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist with proposal coordination, including drafting compliance matrices and maintaining schedules Coordinate with technical experts to gather and format compliant proposal content Facilitate color team reviews and manage final document production and submission preparation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of proposal development experience in a federal contracting environment Familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle, including RFIs and RFPs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and MS Teams Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
