Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Account Associate Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career in insurance, gain hands-on experience, and advance into higher-level sales or service roles over time.
This role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotes
- Follow up on quote opportunities and warm leads
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Chase outstanding documents and underwriting requirements
- Set up DSS and other internal systems as needed
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up timelines
- Support the overall flow of new business from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative duties
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

- Our office is located in Mt. Washington, KY.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
