Vice President, Infrastructure Finance

We are partnering with a leading digital infrastructure and energy platform to hire a Vice President for its Miami-based Strategic Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth platform developing and financing large-scale infrastructure assets, with broad exposure to project and structured finance across digital infrastructure, energy, and other capital-intensive sectors. About the Role: Help shape the company's funding strategy across equity, debt, leasing, and blended capital structures Structure and help close financing transactions, including deal terms and pricing negotiations Build and stress-test financial models covering debt capacity, funding costs, liquidity, and downside scenarios Help manage relationships with banks, credit funds, and sponsors, and track emerging financing approaches Prepare recommendations and materials for leadership, investors, and governance bodies Required Experience: 6–10 years in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, or private credit Strong financial modeling skills with hands-on debt or structured financing execution Background in infrastructure, digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment working closely with senior leadership Based in Miami or open to relocating; on-site role #J-18808-Ljbffr Infrassocs
