Gentle Dentist Smile Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, coordinating care, and being an important part of the day-to-day success of a dental office. Schedule Monday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM Thursday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM Saturday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans Review treatment recommendations and costs with patients Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps Discuss financing and payment options when applicable Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment Assist with scheduling and overall front-office operations Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options A strong communicator and team player Able to multitask in a fast-paced dental office Experienced in dental treatment coordination or front-office operations Why Join Us?
