Overview What You'll Do Lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic Digital Commerce initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered punctually and aligned with business priorities Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive-level reporting Serve as the operational lead for Digital Hub activities, coordinating business reviews, leadership meetings, all-hands forums, and recurring operating rhythms Partner with Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Onsite Experience, Technology, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and successful execution of central initiatives Lead organizational change initiatives, including transition planning, collaborator engagement, communication strategies, and adoption efforts spanning international and local groups Facilitate cross-functional problem solving, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business performance Build executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communications that provide visibility into business priorities, project progress, and organizational performance Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and processes that drive accountability, transparency, and execution excellence Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence within the Digital Commerce organization Analyze business needs, assess organizational impacts, and recommend process, governance, or structural improvements that support future growth and scalability What You'll Bring to the Table BS or BA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of solid marketing operations experience including a track record of effectively managing a budget, implementing processes, delivering projects in a fast paced environment on time and within budget Strong process organizational change and process implementation experience Project management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize; operates with a sense of urgency Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills Shown leadership experience leading large cross-functional groups along with geographic teams Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions Cope effectively with complexity and change Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to connect with all levels of seniority in an effective and professional manner Must have extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionality Hands-on experience working in a project management system

Title:Digital Hub Operations Manager Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
