Agile Project Manager / Business Analyst

A growing organization is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate communication between business units and technical teams while ensuring successful project delivery. In this role, your insights will directly influence project outcomes and guide the development of Java-based solutions. You will be in the office five days a week, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align project goals and enhance processes.

• Strong experience in business analysis or project management
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Familiarity with Java technologies and software development lifecycle
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
